A fast-growing trading firm is seeking a Country Head for France to lead client relationships and drive expansion in the French market. The role, which is remote-based with regular travel to Paris, requires over 8 years of experience in client relationship management within trading contexts. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of the French equities market and have established networks. The position offers the chance to represent the firm at key industry events and collaborate with international teams.

The Country Head, France will play a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint across the French market. This person will build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure clients receive exceptional service and value.
Acting as the primary point of contact for French partners and clients, the successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on commercial approach - driving engagement, retention, and expansion. Collaboration with international teams across Europe will be central to the role, alongside regular client meetings and participation in industry events.
Remote (France-based), with regular travel to Paris and other client locations.
