A relocation-focused employer in Portugal seeks Customer Support representatives to assist French-speaking users of Facebook. The role involves managing inquiries through various channels and ensuring a positive user experience. Candidates should possess C2 level French and B1+ English, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation (40h / week) :
With company accommodation : approx. 1,040.66 gross / month
Without company accommodation : approx. 1,240.67 gross / month
Meal allowance : 154 / month (meal card)
