  • Provide outstanding customer support to French‑speaking gamers, addressing their queries and resolving issues with efficiency and empathy.
  • Engage with players through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.
  • Document player interactions in our CRM system, capturing valuable player feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Analyze player feedback and trends to offer actionable insights for enhancing the gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including game developers, to communicate player needs and advocate for improvements.
  • Stay current on gaming trends and industry news to foster engaging discussions with customers.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere by actively sharing ideas and participating in discussions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming sector, is desirable.
  • A strong passion for gaming and a good understanding of player preferences and market trends.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, able to address and resolve player issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support applications.
