Job Description: GEPSA Foreman

A GEPSA foreman is responsible for supervising assistant detainees (detainees wishing to work and authorized to do so by the Penitentiary Administration and the GEPSA employment consultants) in manufacturing workshops.

This role involves working within a small company environment where manufacturing work connects foremen with external clients from various sectors such as agri-food, pharmaceutical, electrical engineering, and stationery, who seek to outsource part of their manufacturing process at a lower cost.
