Job Description

Oversee and influence the service and culture of our dining operations. As a passionate, creative and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all aspects of service delivery and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, by providing the team with ongoing training, coaching and guidance.
  • Monitor and assess quality, service and guest satisfaction trends and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Initiate and implement marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to promote satisfaction and maximize overall revenue.
  • Maintain and champion the Auberge Collection culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue.
  • Supervise daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service operations, maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, weddings, and special events hosted at the estate.
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to create customized F&B packages.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that align with the estate's standards and guest expectations.
  • Regularly review and update menus to reflect seasonal offerings and culinary trends.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training as needed.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management and cost analysis.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in F&B management & operations.
  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
  • Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, culinary techniques, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B management software.
  • Proficient in French & English
