  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Educate customers on banking procedures, products, and services available to them.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client needs.
