Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Planning, Reporting & Investor Relations team based in Marignane, France.

This role is dedicated to the understanding and analysis of the Airbus Helicopters division's Free Cash Flow (FCF).

Your challenges:

The successful candidate will serve as a critical link between Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group, providing the top management with the necessary financial insights to steer the business effectively. This position offers high visibility within the organization and involves regular contact with senior executives, providing a unique overview of Airbus Helicopters’ strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Closings & Actuals Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of actual performance against forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances and clearly communicating the underlying business reasons.
  • Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Outlook:
    • Play a central role in all FCF planning exercises, including the annual Operative Plan (OP), 3 forecasts, and flight path.
    • Challenge and consolidate inputs from various operational teams to build robust and reliable FCF forecasts that accurately reflect the business's trajectory.
  • Reporting & Communication for Top Management:
    • Consolidate, analyze and synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise, and meaningful reports and presentations for top management.
    • Translate raw data into actionable insights, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business Partnership & Group Interface:
    • Act as the central point of contact concerning the Airbus Helicopters’ Free Cash Flow for Airbus Group.
    • Foster a strong and collaborative working relationship between the division and corporate headquarters.
Required Profile & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
