Finance & Transformation PMO – 100% Remote from Europe – Advanced English

We are looking for a Finance & Transformation PMO to support a Finance Accounting and Transformation PMO within an international transformation program. The role will provide PMO support across all Project Management Office activities related to finance transformation initiatives.

Location: 100% Remote from Europe

Contract: Freelance

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

Languages: Advanced English (mandatory) | French intermediate | Spanish desirable

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

Support to help the Enlarge Europe finance accounting and transformation PMO for all the project management office activities on finance transformation project. The service referent is the finance accounting and transformation PMO.

The service perimeter requested, for specific projects in progress, is:

• Support in establishing templates, tools, and KPIs for consistent execution.
• Support in activities scheduling and resource allocation.
• Organize status update meetings and maintain dashboards for project health.
• Manage dependencies across multiple streams and elevate risks when needed.
• Prepare reports for Steering Committees and Sponsors.
• Collect and analyze project data for progress tracking and risk management.
• Support in the current finance activities mapping and analysis, in collaboration with the relevant finance team.
• Support in the “to‑be” model definition and implementation.
