Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field support or end-user computing environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Windows / Mac environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Provide prioritized support for VIP users and manage device inventory.
• Act as SPOC for client kiosk projects and support event IT requirements.
