Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law with a major in corporate or business law.
  • Ideally 2+ years of relevant corporate governance experience.

Responsabilités

  • Manage a portfolio of French entities and draft minutes and reports.
  • Prepare notices, agendas, resolutions, and coordinate meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Advise on corporate law matters and oversee relationships with outside counsel.
  • Contribute to training materials and maintain corporate governance library.
