A leading airport services provider is seeking a Europe Sales Manager to enhance sales within its Paris Lounge Network. The role involves managing product offerings, implementing sales strategies, and building key relationships with stakeholders across Europe. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in sales, including management experience, along with strong B2B sales skills in the aviation or hospitality sectors. Fluency in English and preferably French is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with 5 years in a similar area and 3 years in management.
  • Experience in strategic account management within aviation, travel, or hospitality.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and preferably fluent in French.

We’re on the lookout for a Europe Sales Manager to join our Paris Lounge Network team.

Purpose of Role

Manage the activities related to current and new product portfolio developed by TAV Operation Services in line with the Sales Division unit goals and yearly revenue and income targets.

This role also is responsible for value added services including sponsorship / in-lounge advertising areas across all channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all services provided by relevant region TAV Operation Services are sold profitably both in the corporate and individual channel; ensuring that customer profitability, payments, new customers and satisfaction of the available customers are kept at the highest level.
  • Creating new sales strategies mostly on awareness and campaign management aligned with HQ teams to ensure realization of the sales increasing activities.
  • Reporting performance on a regular base to ensure all KPI’s are monitored and proactive actions are taken for each channel & customer portfolio.
  • Ensuring that the potential customers are surveyed, contacted, sales presentations are prepared and agreements are acted in order to expand customer portfolio.
  • Ensuring that the required coordination is realized in order to fulfill the service requests received from the customers and provided by HQ teams for Sales team.
  • Building communication with the external stakeholders and managing relationships (Official Institutions, Airlines etc.)
  • Assuring that coordination is achieved with the Operations division for the issues of the demands and expectations of the customers, new customer surveys, additions to and changes in the available products etc.
  • Lead B2B sales of airport hospitality products with P&L responsibility (lounges, meet & greet, fast track, memberships) to airlines, airports, OTAs, card schemes and corporate partners across Europe.
  • Translate segment leaders’ strategies from HQ into market-specific sales plans, own regional Sales KPI’s, targets and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Mission and Vision growth approach by TAV Operation Services.
  • Build, grow and retain key accounts through regular senior-level contact, joint business plans and multi year commercial agreements.
  • Proactively identify, qualify and close new partnership opportunities in Europe, including strategic tenders and concessions.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and revenue management to optimize pricing, capacity, product mix and service standards for each partner and market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and segment performance, and provide structured feedback and pipeline reporting to HQ segment leaders.
  • Manage processes with a sustainability perspective, considering their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, plan and implement company strategies, and encourage teams in this direction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A total of at least 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a similar area with a 3 years of managerial experience
  • Experienced in sales, and strategic account management
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills in aviation, travel or hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English written and spoken
  • Preferably fluent or native in French
