A leading diagnostics company in Grenoble is seeking a Labor Relations Manager – Legal Counsel to manage individual and collective labor relations. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Labor Law, at least 5 years of experience in labor law, and fluency in French with a professional level in English. The role includes providing legal expertise, managing labor relations negotiations, and supporting HR teams in a complex environment. As Labor Relations Manager – Legal Counsel, you will play a key role:
You will be responsible for managing both individual and collective labor relations for both sites, Grenoble (38) and Verniolle (09). Working closely with the Site Director, you will lead various meetings with employee representatives and initiate or participate in specific development projects.
At the France level: You will provide legal expertise to support HR teams and managers in a complex and constantly evolving environment, and contribute to the preparation of collective bargaining negotiations.
This position reports to the Director of Employee Relations France.
