Electrical Project Manager - Business Unit - Data Centre Projects - Paris

An established international client of ours is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Data Centre division in Paris.

This particular business Unit brings together over one hundred experts dedicated to the commercial development, design, structuring, and delivery of major turnkey Data Centre projects in close collaboration with construction agencies.

The successful Electrical PM will be reporting directly to the Head of the Electrical Division, and will take responsibility for developing technical and financial studies for large-scale Data Centre construction projects. These electrical packages typically range from €20M to €250M.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and financial analyses of Data Centre projects during tender phases
• Propose technical optimizations and alternatives to improve project cost efficiency and scheduling
• Lead the design development through APS / APD / PRO DCE stages, managing both internal and external engineering contributors.
• Review supplier and contractor offers, identifying risks, key concerns, and financial impacts.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (civil engineering, HVAC, Design Managers, commercial teams, planning) and external partners.

Ideal skills and experience:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role on multi-trade projects
• Confident in managing all aspects of technical and financial project development within the electrical domain
• Bilingual communication skills (French & English), enabling you to manage documentation and interact with diverse stakeholders
• The ability to develop clear, structured project documentation, using effective tools and methodologies
• Strong versatility and adaptability, allowing you to navigate the highly technical and evolving environment of Data Centres
