Proven leadership experience (typically 15+ years) in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environments, with several years in a senior leadership or Director-level role.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success driving account growth, revenue expansion, and long‑term client value.
Consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy and positioning technology as a business enabler.
Experience leading large‑scale, complex delivery programs across multiple clients, domains, or geographies, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Deep understanding of technology and digital transformation, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions (hands‑on technical depth not required, but strong conceptual grounding is essential).
Pre‑sales and solutioning expertise, including RFP responses, client workshops, and proposal development that articulate clear value propositions.
Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior and C‑level executives.
Strong communication and influence skills, capable of bridging gaps between business stakeholders and delivery teams and navigating ambiguity effectively.
Financial and operational oversight experience, including P&L management, account risk ownership, and commercial decision‑making.
Strategic thinker with a delivery orientation, able to balance long‑term vision with hands‑on execution.

Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
