Job Description

As a Director at Nagarro, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-impact projects, fostering client relationships, and driving business and technology transformation. We are looking for a growth-minded leader—someone with deep business acumen, technical insight, and a strong delivery orientation. This role requires a consulting mindset, strategic thinking, and hunger for impact, with a strong focus on building scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Consulting Excellence
  • Drive account growth through innovation, value-added delivery, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFPs and client workshops.
  • Champion a consulting mindset within delivery teams to position Nagarro as a thought partner.
Strategic Delivery Leadership
  • Support the CCS with end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex programs across multiple clients and verticals.
  • Ensure the communications with clients are, filling in the gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders.
  • Understand evolving client needs and align delivery to exceed expectations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and transformation.
Operational & Financial Oversight
  • Help grow the P&L for assigned accounts.
  • Co‑own account risks, drive client communications.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience (typically 15+ years) in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environments, with several years in a senior leadership or Director-level role.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success driving account growth, revenue expansion, and long‑term client value.

  • Consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy and positioning technology as a business enabler.

  • Experience leading large‑scale, complex delivery programs across multiple clients, domains, or geographies, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of technology and digital transformation, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions (hands‑on technical depth not required, but strong conceptual grounding is essential).

  • Pre‑sales and solutioning expertise, including RFP responses, client workshops, and proposal development that articulate clear value propositions.

  • Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior and C‑level executives.

  • Strong communication and influence skills, capable of bridging gaps between business stakeholders and delivery teams and navigating ambiguity effectively.

  • Financial and operational oversight experience, including P&L management, account risk ownership, and commercial decision‑making.

  • Strategic thinker with a delivery orientation, able to balance long‑term vision with hands‑on execution.

  • Growth mindset and hunger for impact, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and building high‑performing teams.

  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
