A leading biotechnology firm is seeking a Market Access Strategy Director for its oncology pipeline in France. This role involves developing and leading the market access strategy, driving HTA submissions, and negotiating pricing & reimbursement requirements. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in market access, strong oncology knowledge, and a robust network in France, all contributing to innovative cancer treatments. Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience within Market Access & pricing.
  • Strong network of relevant stakeholders in France.
  • Experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research is a plus.

Responsabilités

The Role

Genmabis preparing to launcha new innovation in cervical cancerin Europe.In this role you will lead development of the French Market Access strategy for the companys oncology pipeline. Specifically theMarket access strategy pricing and public affairs directorwill lead efforts in assessing and communicating to internal and external stakeholders the market access requirements of France for oncology contributing to and shaping the overall value strategy for our brands throughout lifecycle. The position will drive development of local market access strategy delivery of HTA submissions and lead P&R negotiations.In this role the director willhave alsoto develop and implement a strong public affairs plan in collaboration with the GM.

Responsibilities
  • Identify analyze develop and implement recommendations and strategiesregardingP&R policy and challenges important to companys productportfolio;
  • Analyze synthesize and translate technical P&R information including coverage and reimbursement policies into meaningful decision points recommendations and strategictactics;
  • Champion the P&R requirements for French Commercial Operations throughout commercialization and ensure alignment between all stakeholders internally as to prioritizedneeds;
  • Contribute to strategy discussions and communication efforts with relevant external stakeholders including key government agencies and organizations;
  • Partner in development of Europeanand globalvalue access & pricing deliverables working in close collaboration with European and global colleagues and external vendors as needed;
  • Drive development of French market access deliverables including HTA submissions; local evidence generation plans; negotiation strategies and country-level regional and local market access tactics to securereimbursement;
  • Develop HTA payer and advocacy engagement plans and other externalexperts;
  • Maintain alignment of local market access strategy to European and Global Market Access Strategy; establish pricing position within EU PriceBrand;
  • Collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders including Marketing Medical Affairs Regulatory etc.
Requirements
  • 10 to 15years of experience within the field of Market Access&pricing. Experience inHealth EconomicsandOutcomes Researchis a plus;
  • Strong network of relevant stakeholders in France;
  • Strong knowledge of the market access & pricing landscape;
  • Strong oncology market knowledge from a commercial and clinical studies perspective;
  • Excellent communicationandnegotiationskills;
  • Fluency in local language isa must.
