About the Role

As a DevOps Analyst, you will be responsible for driving Lean and Agile principles across DMS S6 Services delivery. The role involves automating workflows, managing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement and high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for DMS S6 applications.
• Automate deployment processes across cloud and on-prem environments using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure iterative delivery and continuous integration.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization for faster releases.
• Implement security best practices in DevOps workflows and infrastructure.
• Prepare documentation for deployment processes, troubleshooting, and compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement for DevOps tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps roles within energy or grid domains.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), scripting languages (Python, Shell).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of Lean and Agile principles applied to DevOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GE DMS S6 platform and related integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of IEC/DNP protocols, CIM/CGMES standards, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Background in performance optimization and high-availability system design.
• DevOps or Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe DevOps Practitioner).
