Whatwe’lldoing?

By joining Izix, your main mission is to ensure the smooth adoption and continued usage of our software solutions by our clients. Overall, your role will be to contribute to building and implementing a Customer Success Strategy with a focus on the French speaking regions:

  • Accompany customers along their journey with our software solution (onboarding, parking policy, training) and bring your commercial, technical and product expertise to the table.
  • Support commercial activities through sales enablement material or direct support in case of complex deals (upsells, tools, processes, demos, etc.)
  • Monitoring real estate & market trends
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (train, collect feedback, inform about upgrades, interesting outcomes for them, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer’s relation
  • Through QBRs stay up to date regarding customer’s needs and feedback regarding our product, staying aware of any upsell possibilities
  • Liaise with the product team to communicate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet existing or upcoming requirements as well as to validate releases and new developments before they are launched and then implementing them.
  • Constantly improving the Izix product vision
