A global lifestyle brand in France is seeking a Customer Data Analyst to enhance strategic decisions through customer insights. This role requires a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience, particularly in marketing or retail. Candidates must possess solid analytical skills, coding expertise in SQL, Python, or R, and familiarity with data visualization tools. The ideal applicant is fluent in English, able to provide actionable insights and manage projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst in Marketing / Retail.
  • Ability to manage analytical projects with high autonomy.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and experience with large databases.

Responsabilités

  • Provide relevant KPIs for loyalty programs.
  • Advise on customer segments and relevant offers.
  • Measure success of customer activations in multiple markets.
  • Create reports for team performance tracking.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis for business teams.
  • Identify growth areas through AI initiatives.

Context

Withinthe HQ Lacoste Client & Data team, the Customer Analytics team ensuresthat all the strategic and tactical decisions are driven by relevant CustomerInsights.

TheCustomer Analytics Team Works Transversally With Following Teams
  • The other Client & Data Teams (Community Strategy team, CustomerEngagement Project team)
  • The other business teams (Campaign Management Team, Digital Flagship,Retail, etc)
  • The business teams in the markets(Marketing Directors & CRM Managers)
  • The BI/IT teams
Reporting directly to the Head of CustomerAnalytics, we are hiring a Customer Data Analyst, for whom the principalmission is to:
  • Providing relevant kpis for the deploymentand/or reshaping of our loyalty programs
  • Advising on the best customers segments toanimate and relevant offers and activations to set up through the analysis ofcustomer behaviours and customers extracts
  • Measuring the success of our loyaltyprograms and all the customer activations carried out by the markets (~15markets)
  • Creating and/or Designing relevant reportsto enable the different teams (HQ & Markets) to track their performance
  • Carrying out Adhoc analysis to helpmarkets and HQ teams (Brand Experience, Digital Flagship, Products etc…) to geta deeper understanding of their customers
  • Identifying areas of growth through AIinitiatives
Educational Background

Equivalent ofMaster (Bac +5) in Statistics / Data Science

WorkingExperience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analystpreferably in Marketing / Retail environment

Skills
  • Solid analytical / statistical knowledge
  • Experience working with large databases
  • Coding expertise (SQL / Python / R)
  • Strong knowledge of Dataiku
  • Familiar with using data visualization tools (such asQlik Sense)
  • Fluent in EnglishAble to transform data into relevant Insights andrecommendations and explain analytical concepts to all kind of audiences
  • Able to manage analytical projects from start tofinish with a high level of autonomy (brief, methodology, presetation)
  • Curious , Rigorous and Team spirit oriented
