As part of our fast-paced digital transformation, Septodont is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join the Global Digital Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Positioned at the core of our global digital marketing strategy, your mission will be to help build stronger, more direct relationships with our customers. You will play a key role in driving business growth by executing lead nurturing strategies and optimizing the conversion funnel to deliver high-quality leads to sales teams across markets.
Our dynamic, cross-functional Digital Marketing team is part of the Global Downstream Marketing Team, alongside Product Marketing and Corporate Branding.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and optimize lead nurturing and lead generation tactics to deliver qualified leads to sales teams and enhance overall commercial effectiveness.
- Manage the Marketing CRM daily and ensure seamless integration with the Sales CRM and key lead generation channels (META, Google, brand websites).
- Implement and oversee email marketing campaigns across all stages of the customer journey.
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and actionable insights.
- Suggest CRM enhancements (data capture, personalization, reporting) and leverage data for advanced segmentation and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze results to refine lead nurturing strategies and boost conversion.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as external partners, to successfully manage projects.

The position is based in Paris 12th arrondissement (Nation).
Qualifications
- Degree: Master’s or bachelor’s in digital marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related fields. CRM certifications are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years in digital marketing with a track record in lead acquisition, lead management, and customer retention.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Marketing Cloud), including configuration, customization, and system setup.
- Knowledge of sales enablement platforms is appreciated.
- Strong understanding of online acquisition channels (email marketing, SEA, Social Ads, SEO).
- Analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, DAX) and familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Power BI) with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable improvements for processes and campaign performance.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented, team player, excellent communication skills (frequent presentations), and ability to work in an international environment.
- Additional Assets: Experience in CRO and knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations in the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector.
