The role
We are seeking a CRM Conversion Apprentice to develop tailored CRM journeys that activate users in the early days of their lifecycle and nudge them to convert to a paid package. You will deliver innovative and personalised communications across all channels with a strong focus on testing and optimization. You will collaborate with Product & Tech, Data, and Copywriting/Graphic Design teams.
