MISSION

We are looking for a Content Project Manager to join the Content Factory, based at Group SEB headquarters in Ecully.

You are the Single Point of Entry of the BU to support all product launches by providing content to fuel the consumer journey. You manage a team of Content Production Managers in charge of the coordination & perfect execution of the project portfolio. You provide excellence in the management of content production projects to:

  • Centralize BU content production needs to support the activation plan:
    • Scope: all touchpoints of the consumer journey like PdP, Pack, Recipes, CRM, Digital Kit…
    • Single point of contact of the BUs and key partner of the Activation Content Managers.
    • Develop synergies, relationship & strong collaborations with the CF Hubs (production, localization), BUs, Marketing Services (Digital Factory, BCA…), Commercial Direction…
  • Define & drive a content production plan aligned with the BU needs:
    • Advise marketing teams to deploy creative ideas and support strategic communication plans.
    • Buildconsistent&qualitative campaigns throughacategorialapproach.
    • Make bridge to optimize and rationalize the production plan in an efficient way.
    • Define production plans, prioritizations of projects and plannings.
  • Orchestrate content production plans within the team:
    • Build & share the production plans to the teams of major projects.
    • Identify, prioritize & dispatch the whole projects according to the team workload.
    • Secure a perfect content execution, in compliancy with business guidelines / requirements.
    • Coordinate content production (priorities, deadline, budget).
  • Team development:
    • Support team development to maximize team well-being, motivation, productivity, and efficiency.
    • Ensure well-being of team members and encourage a team spirit.
    • Develop communication expertise, categorial & product expertise, skills & work methodologies.
    • Define training plans for each team member and identify high-potential profiles.
  • Monitor & animate the whole content creation production:
    • Monitor & share to key stakeholders content production KPIs through a dedicated monitoring & data tools (typology / project status, planning, volume, budget…).
    • Evaluate performance and plan optimizations with key stakeholders (BU, Markets, creative teams…) to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and costs though dedicated instances.
    • Pilote & contribute to transversal projects to support your team, your service, your department… growth.
PROFILE
  • 5 years’ higher education in marketing.
  • At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in content strategy & production with a vision, experience in communication agency is a plus.
  • Perfect knowledge of the consumer journey.
  • A strong creative vision, capacity for analysis, synthesis and rigor.
  • Agile, pro-active, in search of solutions, taking initiatives for your team & key partners.
  • Open-minded and adaptable in all circumstances, with good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
  • A clear and effective communication.
  • Management direct and transversal, change management.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
