A luxury footwear brand in Paris seeks a Compensation & Benefits professional to manage C&B policies and enhance employee benefits. The role requires fluent English and French, a Master's degree, and a minimum of 2 years in compensation & benefits. Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency are essential. The candidate will provide assistance during budgeting processes and support global HR projects, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Within the Compensation & Benefits department, your role is to :
Reporting to the Global C&B Director, you interact daily with the HR community, as well as management and external partners. You are proactive and comfortable with both operational tasks and project-based work.
