In 2017, Yannick Alléno partnered with South Korea's leading hotel group, LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS, to open the first hotel under the SIGNIEL brand, the group’s high-end label.
Located in Seoul, SIGNIEL hotel is a destination for fine dining. Yannick Alléno oversees all of the hotel’s dining venues, including the STAY restaurant, which offers modern French gastronomy.
