Une grande marque de bijoux recherche un(e) Chargé(e) d'administration RH pour gérer les processus administratifs liés au cycle de vie des employés. Ce rôle nécessite une expérience en administration RH et une maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais. Vous serez un support essentiel pour les équipes RH et les managers, contribuant à garantir la conformité et l'efficacité des opérations d'administration des ressources humaines.

En tant que Chargé(e) d’administration RH, vous assurerez la gestion de l’ensemble des tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie du collaborateur, depuis son embauche (contrat, création de compte, etc.) jusqu’à son départ de l’entreprise.
Vous veillerez à garantir la conformité légale et réglementaire des processus RH, en apportant un support fiable aussi bien aux collaborateurs qu’aux managers et à l’équipe RH.
