A global logistics company in Levallois-Perret is seeking a proactive Change Manager to lead Change Management activities for their S/4HANA & COUPA implementation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Finance, project management skills, and be fluent in French and English. You will enhance the Change Management strategy, support stakeholder engagement, conduct impact assessments, and ensure long-term adoption of new processes. Experience with organizational change methodologies like PROSCI is essential.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive change manager to support change management activities for our S/4HANA & COUPA implementation. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance, an appetite for IT projects, strong project management skills, creative problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new Finance and Procurement processes and new systems across the organization in an international environment. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes while aligning people, processes, and technology with FIT project objectives. You will report to the Change Management Lead and contribute actively to the activities listed below.

Responsibilities
  • Change Management Strategy: Enhance the existing strategy for the new project phases.
  • Change Management Organization: support in setting up the new organization that will enable the involvement of the Change network at group, regional/line of business, and local levels.
  • FIT Engagement Plan: enhance, adapt and execute to ensure the successful adoption of GEODIS Finance & Procurement processes and solutions and maximize users\' engagement.
  • Impact Assessments: conduct impact analyses to identify risks and dependencies, assess change readiness, and identify local sponsors and key stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
  • Communication: support the design, development, delivery and management of the communication plan, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement through structured action plans and innovative content formats.
  • Local HR involvement: depending on local regulation, information to work councils may be required prior to launching any engagement initiative with local users.
  • Kick-off and engagement events: design and deliver workshops with engaging content to support user onboarding and continuous learning; collect feedback after deployment waves.
  • Training: develop a comprehensive training strategy with localized approaches, including materials and sessions to ensure long-term key-user and end-user adoption.
  • Change approach improvement: define a support framework for entities with regular check-ins and meetings, and deliver ongoing evaluation surveys to ensure effective implementation.
  • Post-Implementation Support: provide ongoing support post-implementation, ensuring long-term adoption and success of GEODIS Finance and Procurement Transformation.
Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • You have a strong understanding of Finance processes and solutions.
  • You have initial experience in supporting and implementing Change Management initiatives (training, communication, engagement, awareness, hypercare, …).
  • You are familiar with organizational change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and tools (DAP, CANVAS, …).
  • You are fluent in at least French and English. Proficiency in another language such as Spanish is appreciated.

Master degree (BAC+5) in Project Management.
