Une grande entreprise agroalimentaire recrute un Auditeur Qualité et Sécurité Alimentaire (Q&FS) pour travailler à Gif-sur-Yvette. Ce poste requiert plus de 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine, avec des déplacements fréquents en France. Vous serez responsable de la réalisation d'audits Q&FS, de la gestion des risques associés et de l'amélioration continue des systèmes d'audit. Des compétences en audit, organisation et adaptabilité sont essentielles pour ce rôle, avec une communication efficace avec les parties externes.

Qualifications

• Plus de 6 ans d'expérience en fonction Q&FS.
• Expérience obligatoire en usine dans un rôle Q&FS ou production.
• Connaissance approfondie des normes Q&FS.

Responsabilités

• Préparer et réaliser 18 à 20 audits par an selon le plan annuel.
• Alerter la hiérarchie lors de déviations critiques lors des audits.
• Livrer des rapports d'audit en temps voulu.

Danone Food Safety Audit Team recruits a Co-Manufacturers Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) Auditor. This position is based in Gif-Sur-Yvette (91) - Given the fact that you will have to travel for work more than 60% of the time on this job, we are open to consider candidate based anywhere in France.

Missions

Reporting to the Danone Co-Manufacturers’ Quality & Food Safety Audits Manager, the Co-Manufacturers’ Q&FS Auditor is responsible for co-building a robust Q&FS audit system and leading Q&FS audits with a continuous risk-based approach and a high level of independency and expertise. Based on these key principles, he / she is responsible for identifying and reporting the Q&FS risks of the entities audited (mainly Co-Manufacturers), providing a real opportunity to make a step change in Quality and Food Safety Culture, secure our Business, support the Danone Co-Manufacturing strategy, and protect our consumers and patients.

Your main activities will be to :

• Prepare and conduct from 18 to 20 audits per year according to the annual Audit plan (mainly Co-Manufacturer audits + 2 Danone site audits), through a structured risk-based approach and in a fair and impartial way
• Alert the hierarchy when relevant, especially when a critical deviation detected during an audit could lead to a crisis, impact the Danone brand's reputation or harm our consumers
• Deliver audit reports and score in a timely manner, outlining all the strengths, non-conformities and observations raised during the audits,
• Contribute to the selection, coaching and qualification of local Co-Manufacturers auditors by providing advices, knowledge and constructive feedback from audits
• Actively participate to auditors’ networks and calibration sessions. Can animate auditors’ training
• Drive projects according to the roadmap of the department
• Contribute to our Q&FS Audit system continuous improvement in DFSA team for additional impact and efficiency

• Co-Manufacturers Factory directors and Q&FS Managers, Industry peers, international organizations, external auditors, FS experts…

À propos de vous

Professional with > 6 years of experience in FS / Q&FS function

Mandatory factory experience in a Q&FS or production Role

High knowledge of Q&FS Standards – knowledge of Food technologies

Risk Based approach oriented

Well organized, with auditing, synthesis and writing skills – ability to focus on the priorities and highlight key and clear messages

Ability to deal with stressful situations and hold positions even when under pressure

Relevant alert level, especially when a critical deviation detected during an audit could lead to a crisis, impact the Danone brand's reputation or harm our consumers

Ability to communicate skillfully with external stakeholders (co-manufacturers), and to work with confidential and strategic material and information

Ready to travel a lot – fluent in English – Fluency in a second language is a plus (.; Spanish…)

Pragmatic, open-minded, dynamic, capacity for global vision

Must be adaptable and flexible

A previous experience in managing or auditing suppliers / manufacturing sites is a plus
