Description du poste

Note : This is a senior individual contributor role, based in Saint-Mandé (France), reporting directly to the Director of Procurement Strategy.

As part of Ubisoft’s corporate headquarters, you’ll join the Group Procurement team. In your role as Category Manager for Facilities and Professional Services, you’ll play a key role in managing indirect spend and optimizing costs related to general services. Positioned at the heart of the organization, you'll be responsible for defining and rolling out global sourcing strategies tailored to the needs of the local procurement teams within your scope. Your work will have a direct impact on spend coverage and procurement effectiveness within your category.

Your missions :

  1. Understand and anticipate Ubisoft's needs and challenges in your category, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  2. Maintain strong knowledge of market dynamics and the competitive landscape, including trends, supplier ecosystems, and competitive intelligence. Manage long-term strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  3. Define procurement strategy for your category, including purchasing levers and supplier panel management plan, and develop the implementation roadmap.
  4. Coordinate the implementation of the strategy with procurement directors, buyers, suppliers, internal customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with guidelines from the Director of Procurement Strategy.
  5. Support buyers and stakeholders during negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  6. Build and lead a network of FPS (Facilities and Professional Services) buyers to manage supplier relationships and establish common processes and tools for your category.
  7. Measure and monitor procurement performance using KPIs such as savings, coverage, and supplier management. Continuously improve performance and adapt strategies to market changes and Ubisoft's evolution.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience as a Buyer or Category Manager, with expertise in Facilities & Professional Services / General Expenses / Indirect Procurement categories. Experience in developing global procurement strategies and understanding procurement functions.
  • Desire to grow in an international environment. Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills, analytical, detail-oriented, with high rigor and strong business acumen.
  • Team player, clear communicator, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.

Additional Information

Recruitment Process:

  1. 30-minute telephone interview with the recruiter.
  2. 60-90 minute interview with the manager and recruiter, including a case study.
  3. 30-minute final interview with the Group Procurement Director.
