Currently we operate 2 of our global Health & Wellness brands in EMEA : KIND & Trü Frü.

Since its founding in 2004 KIND has been on a mission to make the world a little kinder one snack and one act at a time. KIND was born out of its founders desire to create a snack that was healthy and tasty wholesome and convenient. What began as a line of premium Fruit & Nut bars sparked the creation of an entirely new healthier snacking category. Today KIND has a family of snacks that offer solutions for a variety of different occasions.

Trü Früwas launched in the US in 2017 and was acquired by Mars Inc in 2023. The brand has experienced incredible growth in both the frozen and ambient space in the snacking category in the US. The brand will expand internationally and already started with a launch in the UK & France in 2024.

What are we looking for

You come with a relevant experience in category management shopper marketing insights sales where you’ve proven you’re sharp curious and fast‑learning.

You bring a strong customer and category mindset loving what happens in‑store and turning shopper behavior into concrete business actions.

You translate data into impact simplifying complex insights to build sharp category stories and store‑ready plans.

You think beyond marketing connecting insights retail dynamics and brand strategy to drive real category growth.

You communicate with influence building trust with stakeholders and shaping decisions through compelling storytelling.

You collaborate with energy stepping in where needed with a can‑do mindset.

You excel in fast‑paced ambiguous environments challenging the status quo and pushing innovative resourceful solutions.

You communicate in French and English with enough ease to handle interviews in English even if the day‑to‑day is mainly in French.

What will be your key responsibilities
1. Category & Customer Insights

Analyze category shopper and customer performance to uncover growth drivers and pinpoint opportunities across channels.

Translate data and trends into actionable fact‑based insights that shape customer strategies and category recommendations.

Partner with Mars Wrigley KAMs and Category Managers to deliver clear H&W category insights performance reviews and tailored growth recommendations during customer meetings.

Ensure alignment with the EMEA H&W category vision and in‑store leadership principles.

2. Activation Planning & Performance Tracking

Develop and implement activation plans across customers and channels covering launches distribution promotions and visibility initiatives.

Create and maintain planograms and assortment recommendations grounded in data shopper understanding and in‑store leadership principles.

Track launch and execution performance (distribution rate of sale promo ROI shelf share) to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Lead merchandising pilots and tests to validate strategies and optimize execution.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed learnings in future activation plans.

3. Customer Marketing & In‑Store Excellence

Collaborate with KAMs Salesforce and Customer Marketing teams to deliver impactful in‑store activations and retail media that bring our Category Vision to life.

Develop and execute shopper‑centric plans that maximize visibility conversion and brand impact at the point of purchase.

Track Picture of Success for key customers ensuring Trü Frü and BE‑KIND achieve superior presence compliance and engagement across touchpoints.

Support field sales teams with clear guidance tools and materials to ensure perfect‑store execution.

Conduct store checks and audits to assess implementation and uncover new growth opportunities.
