Our sites in Nantes, Méaulte & Montoir-de-Bretagne are looking for:

• Spécialiste Calcul Structures Composites et Hybrides (Composite/Métallique) (All Gender)

You are passionate about aviation and wish to deepen your skills in calculating composite and hybrid structures, working close to production, and tackling major industry challenges.

Join the Plant Engineering team of 190 people engaged in engineering activities for factory operations across all aircraft programs.

You will be based in the 'Mise Au Point' (MAP) team, at the heart of the assembly and equipment of front and central fuselage sections for Airbus aircraft. MAP handles identification and early correction of design flaws and provides repair solutions.

As an on‑site Engineering representative for the A350 program, you will support production, quality, and preparation teams, ensuring product quality before delivery to final assembly lines.

Votre mission

• Provide daily engineering support to production, quality, and preparation services to resolve aircraft‑specific technical issues.
• Offer repair solutions that ensure safety, operability, and engineering compliance.
• Propose simplifications and optimizations of processes and deliverables.
• Develop towards technical delegation (EASA) and gain autonomy and expertise.
• Manage projects when required.

• You have experience in metal and/or composite structure calculations in the aerospace domain.
• You possess knowledge of composite and metal structures.
• You are familiar with specific calculation methods and tools.
• You have knowledge of structural repair and hybrid assembly.
• You can communicate in English at an intermediate level (minimum B1) and are fluent in French.
• You are open‑minded, creative, and ready to propose improvements.
• You can manage several topics simultaneously while respecting priorities.
• You are naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions.
• You enjoy a tech environment, comfortable with both digital settings and a production workshop near the aircraft.
• You have a team spirit, share knowledge, learn, and grow with colleagues.
