A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across Southern Europe. This remote role focuses on acquiring new customers and managing relationships in the CDMO sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a valuable asset. The position offers an opportunity to impact the company's commercial success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
  • Proven experience with oral solid dose (OSD) formulations and small-molecule drug development.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are necessary.
