A leading provider of smart building solutions is seeking a BMS Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from design to delivery. The role involves leading engineering efforts, managing site operations, and ensuring financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BMS sector, a strong technical background, and excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of D365 is a plus. This is a contract position with a flexible day rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BMS Project Management.
• Strong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
• Confident in managing on-site operations and documentation.
• Excellent financial and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with D365.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Design, Engineering, Planning, and Delivery of BMS projects.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise across all project stages.
• Support a team of Managers and Engineers.
• Deliver regular progress reports and management updates.
