Your tasks

Do you have a passion for coffee and love creating unforgettable customer experiences? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated full-time Barista (m/f/d) who will delight our guests with expertly crafted coffee creations and bring a smile to their faces. You will be responsible for the smooth running behind the counter and support your team with your experience.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing delicious coffee specialities with a portafilter, marzocco classic S.
• Enchanting our customers with your latte art skills
• Selling coffee and snacks in the KoRo Café
• With your open and friendly manner you advise customers on their selection
• You take care of an appealing presentation of the goods
• You keep the store tidy and clean at all times (light cleaning work)

Your profile

• You have a genuine passion for coffee and are highly skilled in using a portafilter machine.
• You bring at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are based in Paris or surroundings.
• You speak fluent French and have proficient English skills.
• You are reliable, keep a cool head under pressure, and approach challenges proactively.
• You thrive in a team environment, communicate openly and directly, and have a hands‑on mentality.
• You are service‑oriented, friendly, and a natural at sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
