This role requires professional experience, ideally in industrial supplies, fasteners, etc. The candidate must be able to structure and organize their work, handle technical purchase documents for our main client (we have a dedicated team for this client), and have basic proficiency in Excel.
Activities Description:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Receive customer requests
- Prepare price quotes based on prioritization criteria, with approval from a manager for high-stakes offers
- Qualify customer needs and identify suitable technical solutions for first-level technical inquiries
- Maintain quality customer relations remotely and closely with External Sales
- Record orders with internal and external suppliers
- Assist customers with digital tools provided by the company
- Order Follow-up:
- Monitor ongoing customer orders and follow up with suppliers
- Process invoicing
- Perform qualitative follow-ups on offers as per manager’s methodologies
- Record and handle customer complaints and disputes
- Report encountered issues
- Logistics Support:
- Depending on the agency setup, may involve receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Participation in Rituals:
- Participate actively in team meetings and routines with the manager
- Safety and Environmental Standards:
- Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in place
- Hierarchy and Project Responsibilities:
- Supervised by the Internal Sales Manager
- Apply company processes, policies, and methodologies
- Respect schedules and priorities
- Collaborate regularly with peers and external sales functions
- Authorities and Internal/External Relations:
- Negotiate prices below €1,500 within company margins
- Report issues related to integrity, safety, discrimination, or harassment
- Respond to client requests and initiate offers; record orders from suppliers
- Professional Knowledge:
- Ability to resolve simple conflicts
- Proficiency with tools like Gesfi and Portail My VIP
- Basic technical skills to understand and process customer requests
- Working Hours: 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-16:30 Friday
