We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to come onboard in our Commercial Directorate: a team of 7 collaborators!
Your mission
- Convince airline or lessor decision‑makers of the competitive advantage of ATR products and their contribution to airline profitability, both in the context of sales campaigns and proactively.
- Build strong pitches for sales campaigns and ensure that high value‑added arguments are effectively communicated, understood by the client and used to develop a business offer when appropriate.
- Identify targets and prospects with regional sales managers and contribute to the definition and implementation of regional strategies.
- Define, in collaboration with Sales Directors, strategic approaches to convince prospective airlines of the value of ATR products.
- Contribute to the success of sales campaigns by developing persuasive pitches demonstrating the competitive advantage of ATR products.
- Prepare and present analyses on aircraft performance and technical aspects, airline economics as well as traffic and fleet planning at all phases of sales campaigns.
- Perform analysis by leveraging multiple sources of data on company networks, revenues, and market trends.
- Ensure the coordination and development of technical responses to RFPs in collaboration with the Contracts and Sales Directors, the Engineering and Customer Support divisions, as well as the other relevant ATR departments.
- Collaborate with the Business Development division on specific analyses and presentations to fuel new market opportunities.
- Ensure that customers understand and leverage the competitive advantage of ATR products and services.
- Proactively influence the market by promoting the superiority of ATR products and their latest developments.
- Contribute to the product policy by providing feedback on the market needs expressed during sales campaigns.
- Strengthen the impact of customer‑facing messages in close collaboration with the Product Marketing and Market Strategy teams.
About you
- Ideally 3‑5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with at least one experience within an airline or in a customer‑facing role.
- A strong technical (performance and operations) and commercial understanding of regional air transport, the cost structure of airlines, the product landscape and influencing factors.
Technical skills
- Understanding of the key players, stakeholders, trends, and drivers of the aviation market.
- Understanding of regional air transport, the cost structure of airlines, the product landscape.
- Understanding of the macro‑economic environment.
- Aircraft financing landscape.
- Technological sensitivity.
- Fleet and network planning, revenue management.
- Product knowledge: performance, aircraft systems, engines, cabin, etc.
- Marketing and communication: messages, presentations.
Language skills
- An excellent level of spoken and written English is mandatory; The ability to communicate in French and/or other languages is desired.
IT skills
- Software: MS Office, ideally aircraft performance and maintenance cost tools (PACE, FOS, DMC tool).
- Databases: understanding of the following data: planned flights & traffic (e.g. OAG, SABRE, MIDT), macro‑economic data (e.g. IHS, Oxford Economics).
- Ideally Excel (expert), SQL (advanced), R & RStudio or Python (advanced) skills.
- PowerBI skills are a plus.
Soft Skill
- Excellent presentation skills: Experience in delivering presentations to large audiences and the ability to communicate with different sources and users of information.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills and ability to turn findings from technical or digital analysis into compelling marketing arguments.
- Customer Focus: ability to work to satisfy internal and/or external customers by managing time and quality expectations.
