Overview

We are looking for a Hardware & Systems Technician to support and maintain our server environments and client installations throughout their entire lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and automation of our internal and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

System Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor distributed systems and perform ERP patches, updates, and hotfix deployments. (Annual updates, new versions, support for existing customers)
• Ensure the stability and availability of customer environments (Service Delivery & Provision).
• Support automation and administration of our AWS cloud solutions.
• Automate internal processes and strive to simplify existing tasks.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server: benchmarking, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Contribute to cloud-based server architecture, including disaster recovery, security, and integrations with other systems.
• Participate in projects involving system integrations and improvements.
• Administer Windows systems and virtualization environments.
• Follow internal routines, documentation, and operational processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required

• Higher/University degree in Informatics, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in automation, especially with PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL–based systems and architectures.
• Experience in System Administration (Windows) and virtualized environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and the ability to make decisions.
• High level of reliability, structure, and quality awareness.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Certifications in Cloud and/or Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with database administration (DBA).
• Knowledge of networking, security, firewalls, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and processes.
