A leading pharmaceutical company in France is seeking an Area Brand Finance Manager for Oncology. The role involves providing strategic financial analysis to brand teams and supporting compliance with company goals. Candidates should have at least 5 years of FP&A experience in the pharma sector and strong communication skills. AbbVie HQ Europe is recruiting an Area Brand Finance Manager Oncology. This role will report to the Area Brand Finance Lead and work closely with the Oncology Area Commercial Team. Additional stakeholders include the Area President, Regional VPs, Area Market Access Director, Area Controller and Global Marketing Finance.
In this role you will provide Brand Finance Managers, the FD and commercial counterparts with intuitive oncology‑related financial analysis, financial support and ensure strategic imperatives are implemented in accordance with the company’s and Area goals.

From a practical point of view and daily work life: currently located in Rungis, the headquarters of AbbVie France will be relocated to 11 Boulevard 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams in two newly renovated seven‑story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on‑site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym and concierge service.
