As Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for concepting and driving our go‑to‑market strategy and overall brand expression to ensure our seasonal marketing strategies are amplified in innovative and thoughtful ways across different markets and communication channels on and offline.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Brand Activation Manager, your main contribution will be to drive the development and execution of holistic 360° brand activation strategies that elevate Acne Studios' global brand visibility and cultural impact. You will report to the Marketing Director. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless translation of our creative and commercial vision into impactful on‑and offline initiatives by:

  • Supporting the Marketing Director in setting, translating, and executing the on‑and offline go‑to‑market strategy for Acne Studios' global brand initiatives, special projects, cultural collaborations, and campaigns.
  • Driving cross‑departmental planning and communication with key teams including Social Media, Press & Talent, Events, E‑commerce, Brand Experience, Client Relations, and Wholesale.
  • Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Production, and Creative Studio teams to ensure go‑to‑market strategies are well formulated and executed in line with our creative and commercial objectives.
  • Leading planning and alignment across owned, earned, and paid channel managers to creatively activate the brand in a holistic manner that remains true to Acne Studios' identity.
  • Developing 360° brand activation strategy documents and post‑campaign reports, detailing the full marketing plan and providing valuable, actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Developing and overseeing traditional media planning for brand campaigns to deliver effective and creative advertising strategies in key markets.
  • Identifying and managing potential partnerships and collaborators to amplify marketing initiatives and enhance cultural relevance.
  • Managing key marketing calendars to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and effectively cascaded to global stakeholders.
  • Managing the global activation budget in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Conducting competitor, market trend, and industry research to drive innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement across brand initiatives.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
