Position Overview

As Accountant & FP&A Analyst – F&B Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, insight, and performance transparency across our food & beverage operations.

Reporting to the Global Director of FP&A, you will work closely with Operations, Purchasing, HR, and Corporate Finance to transform daily activity into actionable insight. Your work will directly support margin optimization, operational efficiency, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our iconic lifestyle destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own month‑end close activities for assigned F&B and retail entities, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and ensure balance sheet integrity.
  • Maintain auditable documentation and strengthen internal controls and process discipline.
  • Reconcile bank, supplier, and intercompany accounts, proactively investigating and resolving variances.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with clear commentary explaining results, drivers, and recommended actions.
  • Analyze key F&B performance drivers including sales mix, margins, COGS, labor %, productivity, waste, and stock variances.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and management reports combining financial and operational KPIs.
  • Support compliance with local tax, statutory requirements, internal policies, and corporate reporting standards.
  • Liaise with Corporate Finance on reporting alignment, consolidation support, and group‑wide initiatives.
  • Provide finance input on vendor pricing and assist with contract and purchase order reviews for accuracy and policy adherence.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including automation, tools, templates, and standardization.
  • Support special projects across the division with structured analysis and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A or a hybrid finance role. Hospitality or F&B experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals (journals, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in variance analysis and drivers‑based performance evaluation.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly through concise narratives and decision‑ready reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar global accounting platforms (SAGE, Oracle, etc).
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Fluent English required; French is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with non‑finance stakeholders.
