Description du poste

As a Microbiology Technician, you will join our Research & Innovation team at the Chevilly site. Reporting to Margaux François Elissalde, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and consumer safety, while contributing to cutting‑edge innovation projects (e.g., probiotics, beauty devices, food supplements).

Responsibilities
  • Perform rigorous microbiological analyses (challenge tests, cleanliness controls, identifications) in strict compliance with Q‑EHS rules and established procedures.
  • Independently conduct technical studies, including protocol development, method optimisation, and the exploration of new techniques.
  • Analyse and interpret complex microbiological data using digital tools (LIMS, PowerBI) to turn raw results into actionable insights for product innovation.
  • Actively participate in the development of new tests to support innovation, especially for food supplements and probiotics.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong intellectual curiosity and scientific rigor. Your ability to quickly learn new methods and your comfort with digital tools will be major assets.

  • A higher education degree (equivalent to Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Microbiology or Biological Analysis.
  • Confirmed experience in microbiology within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
  • Mastery of fundamental and alternative microbiological analysis techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, molecular biology).
  • Strong data analysis skills and an aptitude for digital tools.
  • An excellent team spirit, autonomy, and a proactive, proposal‑driven mindset.
