Answering telephone calls, managing check-in/check-out, controlling bookings and availability, overseeing prices and promotions, resolving problems, basic accounting, payments control, customer assistance, and online reputation management on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.).
