A leading hotel in Spain is seeking a dedicated receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage guest reservations and check-in/check-out processes, handle complaints, and provide customer assistance. Proficiency in multiple languages is a must, along with multitasking and basic accounting skills. This role includes accommodation perks, offering a fulfilling work environment.
Making and managing reservations, working with computers and maintaining programs, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, and allocating rooms efficiently.
Managing complaints and resolving problems, dealing with special requests, controlling accounting and payments, and using several languages by phone, email, or in person. Multitasking receptionist assisting in other areas of the hotel.

5 days a week, 6 hours a day
Answering telephone calls, managing check-in/check-out, controlling bookings and availability, overseeing prices and promotions, resolving problems, basic accounting, payments control, customer assistance, and online reputation management on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.).
