Formación

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in a high-end or busy restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Miiro Borneta boasts 92 rooms, an atmospheric restaurant with an open-plan kitchen, and a cocktail bar. Its rooftop terrace offers the perfect vantage point for soaking up the sights of downtown Barcelona. Positioned in the charismatic old artisan quarter of El Born, the Miiro Borneta Hotel invites you to discover the charms of Ciutat Vella.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Guest experience : Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests.
  2. Assist guests during check-in and check-out, including phone and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Assist guests with questions, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding their stay.
  4. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
  5. Be proactive in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible.
  6. Employ attention to detail to ensure the security of guest room access.
  7. Health, Safety & Security : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety.
  8. Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Requirements :
  1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in a high-end or busy restaurant setting.
  2. Fluency in Spanish and English.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
