Una oportunidad de verano se presenta en la tienda de Paseo de Gracia en Barcelona de Louis Vuitton, donde se busca un/a Hostess/Host altamente motivado/a. El candidato ideal debe ser un embajador de la marca, asegurando que cada cliente reciba un servicio excepcional mientras espera por un Asesor de Clientes. Esta posición es perfecta para aquellos que desean sumergirse en el entorno de lujo con una clientela internacional.

Formación

• Experiencia en servicio al cliente, hospitalidad o retail.
• Fluido en español e inglés.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar 40 horas/semana de mayo a septiembre.

Responsabilidades

• Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y ofrecerles servicio de bebidas.
• Iniciar contacto y conversar con los clientes para entender sus necesidades.
• Apoyar al equipo de tienda con diversas tareas según el tráfico.

SUMMER HOST/HOSTESS

A retail opportunity awaits at our prestigious Paseo de Gracia Barcelona store. Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Hostess/Host to join us in our store during the Summer Season with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients warmly and make sure to provide them with the help they need: offering beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, initiating contact with them, encouraging small talks to discover their needs, and guiding them through the product catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks depending on traffic.

Missions

• Experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering, or retail environment dealing with a diverse clientele.
• Possess a welcoming attitude, work well in a team setting, and be willing to help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering our stores.

Profil & Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Availability & flexibility to work 40 hrs/week, including weekends, from May to September.
