As our Payment and Billing Specialist you will play a critical role in managing finance‑related operations, ensuring that client subscriptions are correctly set up and payments are received on time. You will also be responsible for handling financial interactions between our clients and their guests using AmenitizPay, our in‑app payment gateway. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Customer Onboarding and Customer Care teams you will ensure a seamless experience for our clients throughout their journey with us.

• Ensure that client subscriptions are set up correctly applying proper discounts and adapting plans when necessary.
• Charge one‑time fees to clients when required and execute churns once approved.
• Manage AmenitizPay hardware shipping and oversee the correct processing of payments.
• Assist with chargeback investigations, collect relevant data and follow up on cases to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Handle refund requests and build reports on refunded amounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to minimise payment disputes and enhance fraud prevention.
• Manage Stripe transactions including executing the month‑end financial process.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and international tax regulations when applicable.
• Identify billing inefficiencies and propose improvements for smoother financial operations.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Onboarding and Customer Care teams to optimise finance‑related processes and enhance client experience.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall payment experience and system reliability.

• 1 year of experience working in a SaaS company on Billing and Payment.
• Highly detail‑oriented and meticulous, ensuring accuracy in financial operations.
• Comfortable managing complex billing processes while keeping a clear overview of broader financial structures.
• Strong interest in Finance, Billing and Payment operations with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using it in a financial environment.
• You are used to working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience working with Stripe is a plus.
