is expanding its team.We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations.This is a unique, year-round opportunity to grow within one of the most innovative and premium brands in the nautical industry a startup environment that combines the spirit of a family, the ambition of a scale-up, and the excellence of a luxury service company.

Your mission :
  • Full administrative management : invoices, contracts, client registrations, and reports
  • Charter coordination : check-ins, check-outs, and client documentation
  • Office management : logistics, suppliers, and inventory
  • Financial follow-up : Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.)
  • Client communication : email, phone, and front-desk coordination
We’re looking for someone who :
  • Is highly organized, structured, and reliable
  • Has strong communication and administrative skills
  • Feels at home in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
  • Is motivated to grow with us long term
