    What will be your mission?

    As a Front-End Tech Lead, you will get an opportunity to understand the client business requirements and contribute to the design, concentrate on the pure technical solution, learn new technologies, implementation of App development, and working in agile environment.

    You will become an active member of the Dev team that works closely with other disciplines/roles. You are a T-shaped professional and responsible for the whole life cycle (i.e., development, operations) of in-house or packaged applications according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies including security and data privacy guidelines.

    You will help the Front-End Technology Product Owner with the maintenance and development of new projects related to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).

    This will include:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of our digital platforms to identify front-end optimization opportunities and areas for accessibility improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategiesto optimize front-end performance, including code efficiency, caching, and asset optimization.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards for front-end optimization and performance.
    • Provide expert guidance on web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA) and ensure compliance across digital properties.
    • Conduct audits and accessibility testing , identifying accessibility barriers and recommending remediation strategies.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure accessible design considerations are incorporated into the user interface.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to front-end optimization and accessibility.
    • Provide consultancy services to stakeholders, offering insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate teams on front-end optimization and accessibility best practices.
    • Monitor and report on the performance and accessibility metrics of digital initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

    • Having experience as a front-end developer or consultant, with a focus on optimization and accessibility.
    • Having in-depth knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS) and best practices for optimization and performance.
    • Having a strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA) and experience with accessibility testing and remediation.
    • Being proficient in front-end optimization techniques, including code optimization, performance monitoring, and asset management.
    • Being familiar with accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies commonly used by individuals with disabilities.
    • Having passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end optimization and accessibility.
    • Being an architectFEoriented.
    • Having strong experience leading a team and good project management skills.
    • Having experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
    • Having experience on one of the architecture models: Microservices, service-oriented, event-driven.
    • Having experience building CRUDREST APIs with Nodejs (Express library).
    • Having Cloud Knowledge or experience with AWS (Docker Kubernetes).
    • Having experience with graphic design, mocking tools (like Omni Graffle).
    • Having experience with Bash/Python.
