• Strong process end-to-end Finance knowledge including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Tax.

We are looking for a motivated SAP S / 4HANA Finance (FI) Consultant to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center in this role you will contribute to global SAP S / 4HANA deployments shaping the future of our financial processes across multiple countries. You will be part of an international cross‑functional team that values innovation methodology and long‑term thinking making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.

LOCATION

Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office location.

CREATING PASSION : YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the successful implementation of SAP FI within our global S / 4HANA transformation program ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP FI solutions (including configuration and customization) with a focus on General Ledger Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Asset Accounting Treasury Cash management and Tax.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders providing expert guidance across all project phases : Design realization testing cutover go‑live and post go‑live support.
• Facilitate workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities ensuring adoption of new processes and S / 4HANA solutions.
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international cross‑functional team to deliver high quality and scalable solutions that support our global growth.
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

CONTRIBUTING YOUR STRENGTHS : YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP FI consultant with hands‑on exposure to international SAP deployments.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related discipline .
• Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Financial implementations ideally in large‑scale industrial manufacturing multinational environments with Sales and Services business models.
• Strong process end‑to‑end Finance knowledge including GL AR AP Asset Accounting Treasury and Tax and their integration points with SD MM CO etc and non‑SAP solutions (e.g. Banking platforms Field Services).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP S / 4HANA for Financial Accounting certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
