A leading automotive company in Spain is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage and ensure efficient warehouse operations in their new facility in Linares. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse safety. Ideal candidates will have a degree related to Logistics and at least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector. Proficiency in SAP and good communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new smart factory.

About the role

Desay SV Automotive, a global leader in smart cockpit electronics, ADAS, and connectivity systems, is expanding its European footprint with a new plant in Linares (Jaén). We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our logistics team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations supporting production and supply chain activities. You will be responsible for daily warehouse management, inbound and outbound processes, and inventory control according to company SOPs and OEM customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, packing, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure warehouse safety and prevent incidents (fire, damage, loss).
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff and third-party service providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and SAP / WMS updates.
• Optimize space utilization and improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate shipments and returns according to OEM standards (labels, packaging, containers).
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures.

Requirements

• Vocational or university degree related to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP and / or WMS systems.
• Strong understanding of OEM logistics standards and documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
