Air Liquide Healthcare Spain is seeking an HR support specialist to assist with tool implementation and recruitment processes. The role requires a proactive individual with HR knowledge and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, fluent in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position based in Madrid, as part of the diverse HR team.

Formación

  • Knowledge of human resources; valuable previous internship experience.

Responsabilidades

At Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, we specialize in the manufacture and commercialization of medical and healthcare gases. We produce and supply medical gases, develop, install, and maintain equipment, and propose essential solutions for their proper use.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Air Liquide Healthcare Spain employs around 1000 staff across Spain, with distribution and logistics centers nationwide. Our headquarters are in Madrid. Our young, diverse, and dynamic HR team fosters a positive working environment.

The HR department faces new challenges due to organizational changes, new tools implementation, and a rapidly changing environment. We seek someone to support these evolving tasks.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the implementation of HR tools and the correct deployment of MyHR (Workday)
  • Managing and supporting the Intelex Qualification tool
  • Recruitment support: creating job requisitions, screening candidates, organizing and participating in interviews, and preparing reports
  • Establishing collaborations with universities
  • Supporting training follow-up and reporting, organizing local courses
  • Monitoring KPIs
  • Updating job catalog and profiles, participating in job fairs

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of human resources; previous internship experience is valuable
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Nice to have: familiarity with MYHR tools (Workday)
  • Proactive, dynamic, good communication skills
  • Languages: fluency in English and Spanish is required
