Overview
From Crearte Consulting we are looking for a Director Industrial specialized in the pharma sector for an interim position with a contract duration of 6 to 9 months.
Responsibilities
- Transform the organizational structure and operations; lead the redesign of structures, processes and performance management systems with a strong emphasis on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Optimize and improve the automated sample processing chain, among other tasks.
- Audit, diagnose and improve existing processes.
- Quality management: ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 15189 and 17025 standards.
- Organizational transformation: redefine the industrial organization to improve agility, clarity and operational efficiency.
- Implement Lean: deploy Lean principles across all operational areas to eliminate waste, improve flow and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process optimization: analyze and reengineer key processes to improve productivity, service quality and profitability.
- Performance management: design and implement KPIs, dashboards, governance tools to monitor and drive industrial and economic performance.
- Team leadership: lead and develop a team of 150 direct employees, promoting commitment, accountability and operational excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to align industrial strategies with business objectives.
- Change leadership: drive change initiatives with a focus on employee engagement, communication and sustainable adoption.
- Compliance and standards: ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards specific to the medical analysis sector.
- Hierarchical reporting: report directly to the CEO and be a member of the Executive Committee (COMEX); functional reporting to the Head of Industry and Supply Chain.

Qualifications
- Experience demonstrated in the industrial or operational sector, preferably pharma or medical.
- Proficiency with ISO 9001, 14001, 15189 and 17025.
- Proven leadership experience in industrial or operational roles, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical or laboratory settings.
- Proven success in leading Lean transformations and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English or French in addition to Spanish.
- Engineering, Operations Management or a related field; an advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
